What Manifestation Is:

Manifestation is preparing your mind, body and spirit to do the work.  It is the ability to create something in your life through your beliefs and thoughts and actions and making them real .  It can help you become the best version of yourself and help you create the life of your dreams.

Our thoughts create our experience, and thus we experience what we think.  So, if you want to change the outside, you must first change the inside.  So send those powerful thoughts and intentions into the universe and watch your life unfold. This is a practice that you can do daily. So consider it as you are planting those seeds. Manifest today as if you are living the life of your dreams.

Think of it like this, Life is a boomerang. What we put out in the world is what comes back to us. So, what you believe you deserve, is what you will manifest in your life. Whether it is more love, abundance or friends. You can be a magnet for joy, happiness or prosperity of every kind.  Your are responsible for the postive and negative effects in your life.  

This is also called the Law of Attraction, by thinking of what you want to create will bring into your life the people, resources, and circumstances you will need to achieve your goals.  This is also the premise of the book "The Secret" by author Rhonda Byrne.   

Strongest Manifestation Methods & Where to Start!

1.  Be clear about your goals and what you want to achieve.  

This can be done in a variety of ways.  You can write your intentions down on paper or script in your journal.  You can pray on this, meditate, or create a vision board full of pictures you want to manifest.  But you need to say exactly what you want and what goals you would like to achieve. 

2.  What are Goal Setting Techniques and Strategies?

  • Put your goals and intentions into words and describe what they will look like.  Write them down! It is important to understand what you want to manifest.  Be as detailed as possible.  For example, if you want to manifest more money, be specific-- how much money and by when.  How does it feel to have this amount of prosperity in your life and what would you do with it?
  • Make a list of your desired goals.  Modify as needed. Write down your goals in present tense! Write in detail and use your affirmations. The more descriptive you are, the better you will be able to connect and visualize. Write them down as though they are happening as if you are achieving them.  Feel as if you have already received these goals. How will that make you feel? Don’t get stuck in the mechanics of how this is going to happen. Just write your goals down.
  • Create a plan that is attainable and achievable. 
  • Put your actions into motion and work on them consistently.
  • You can choose a crystal to help you set your intention and help you manifest what it is you are looking to achieve. This will help you to build your internal motivation to take the necessary actions to achieve your goals.

3.  Manifestation and Visualization

    How Does Visualization Work?

    We all have the awesome power to visualize, but most of us have never been taught to use it effectively. The daily practice of visualizing your dreams as already complete can rapidly accelerate your achievement of those dreams, goals, and ambitions. Use visualization techniques to focus on your goals and desires . This will also program your brain to more readily perceive and recognize the resources you will need to achieve your goals.

    Visualization Techniques:

    • You sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and imagine it as vivid detail as you can — what you would be looking at if the dream you have were already realized.
    • Imagine being inside of yourself, looking out through your eyes at the ideal result.
    • Visualize the actions that you need to take in order to achieve your goals.  Then visualize the outcome as if you already have it. 
    • Imagine the emotion attached to that outcome.  
    • Use all of your senses.  
    • Have a regular visualization practice.   

    4. Manifestations and Affirmations: 

    When using affirmations, use present tense, Use “I am statements”. Be clear and detailed. The more descriptive you are the better you will be able to connect and visualize everything you are trying to manifest. Also, when using affirmations, express how it feels to have it. This is the most important part of any of these practices. 

    Here are some affirmations for you to attract your goals in life:

    • I am succeeding in life
    • I know I can achieve anything in life.
    • I am worthy enough to manifest my dreams and manifest my desires. 
    • I am blessed to have everything in my life to to make it successful
    • I am grateful for the abundance that I have and the abundance that's on it's way.  

    5.  Mindset is Everything!

    It is important to work on your mindset and overcome your "limiting beleifs".  Make sure your mindset is in alignment with you goals.  If you want something deep down and don't believe you are worthy of it, you will push it further away.  To attract anything into your life, you must first believe you are worthy of it.

    6.  Manifestation and Gratitude:

    Be grateful for the blessings and every day you are given. Gratitude is one of the most high vibrational feelings that you can embody. Don’t take any day for granted as life is precious and a fleeting moment.

    Be grateful for the things and people in your life. One of the practices you can do is write down or say 4 things you are grateful for every day and for which you feel blessed.  You can keep a Gratitude Journal to do so.  

    You can anchor this practice by wearing something to remind you to be grateful.  I wear my blessing bracelet every day and each time I am drawn to the bracelet, I silently acknowledge four things or people I am grateful for.

    7.  Surround Yourself with Positive People:

    Surround yourself with positive people who know that you can achieve your goals, support you and believe in you. Discuss your goals with your famiy and friends to make them real. These supporters can help you gain clarity on your goals and how they are progressing.  Just speaking them aloud is powerful.  They will also hold you accountable and keep you on track if you need to be motivated. 

    Do not quit. If you don’t quit you will not fail.  

    When manifesting, we are not doing it by ourselves.

    God/Source/Energy/Universe spirit is very inherent in what you wish to create for yourself. Just speak it into existence, don’t get attached, it’s not your job to figure it out! Commit every single day!  Feel grateful that you have created the life of your dreams!
